Orders processing
After final validation of your order, the packages are shipped within an indicative period of 48 working hours.Raïs informs the Customer that we cannot be held responsible for the Customer’s obligation to provide exact information on postal delivery address.Raïs reserves the right to modify processing time for your order in accordance with the indicative processing time above.
Shipping cost
The amount of shipping costs, if applicable, are clearly mentioned and the products are shipped to the delivery address provided during the order process.

All shipments are made by Colissimo for France and Colissimo International for the rest of the world. Delivery can be free for a purchase when the amount greater than 50 euros and depending on the delivery place.
For an order less than 50 euros, the delivery costs are based on the weight of the order and the place of delivery. We deliver anywhere in the world, after handing over your package to the carrier and in accordance with the latter’s indicative delivery times, delivery times to :
  • Metropolitan France are 3 working days
  • Europe are less than 7 days
  • Rest of the world are 12 to 20 working days.

You can track your order at any time on the Colissimo website by indicating your parcel tracking number which will be given to you upon confirmation of your order.

In the event of a delivery delay of more than 7 working days, you must report it to your customer service at the following email address:  contact@raisparis.com

It is the Customer’s responsibility to check immediately upon receipt of the package, the compliance and completeness of the order.

Returns and refunds
The Customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify a reason or pay a penalty.
The return of the order must be made in the original condition and complete with a copy of the purchase invoice.
